Our caterer offers some of the best food in the South for an additional fee if you choose not to cook. However, our guests are welcome to prepare their own meals in our fully equipped kitchen. The dining table and breakfast bar can seat 14 comfortably, and more chairs can be added if needed. |

There are also restaurants in the area that would be glad to cater meals. A New Bruanfels smoker is available for those who like to BBQ (charcoal not provided).
The living room and dining room are attached to the kitchen. The three very comfortable couches provide all around views of the ranch, from the cattle pastures to the lake.
